Lori Prien, a longtime server at Breakfast King diner in Denver, confirmed that the diner shut its doors on Monday. Breakfast King is located at the corner of South Santa Fe Drive and Mississippi Avenue.
“I was notified yesterday by my boss that we are closing up shop,” said Prien, who has worked at the eatery since 1989.
